About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and the free intro call. By using the site, you agree to them. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.
Using the site
The site describes what we do. It is general information, not advice for your business, and we may change it at any time.
Please don't try to break, overload or copy the site, or use it for anything unlawful.
The intro call
The first call is free and carries no obligation on either side. Anything we say on it is a first view, not a quote. A price is binding only once it is in a written scope.
Projects
Every project has its own written scope and price, agreed before work starts. That agreement takes priority over this page. In every project:
The price is fixed once we agree the scope. Anything new is priced in writing before we start it. You see a demo or an update every week. We fix bugs for free for 30 days after launch; maintenance after that is optional and priced separately. Your business data is always yours. The code we write for you becomes yours once the final invoice is paid.
Prices for clients in India are quoted plus GST.
Our content
The text, illustrations, logo and code of this site belong to us. You're welcome to link to it and quote short parts with credit. Please don't copy it wholesale.
Other services
Some links take you to services we don't run, such as Cal.com, WhatsApp, X and GitHub. Their own terms apply there.
Liability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for losses caused by using it. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of India.
