Anyone whose business runs on chats and spreadsheets, here or abroad. We talk in English, and Saumya’s happy to switch to Hindi or Marathi.
What do you build?
Websites, apps, and automation that gives your team time back. We don’t do marketing, but we’ll happily point you to people who do.
Can you work with the tools we already use?
Yes. We keep what already works for you and connect the rest. WhatsApp, Excel, Shopify, you name it. Your accounts stay in your name.
Can we talk before we know what to build?
Of course. The first call is free, and you don’t need a plan. Show us one thing that’s slow; a screenshot is plenty.
How much does it cost?
Websites from US$650, automation from US$300, custom software from US$1,600. We fix your price in writing before we start, so it won’t creep.
How do payments and cancellation work?
We agree it all in writing before any work starts. When you pay, how either of us can stop, and what’s refunded.
How long does it take, and how will we see progress?
Usually 4 to 12 weeks. You’ll hear from us every week, so you always know where it stands.
How will we communicate during the project?
You talk to Karan and Saumya, nobody in between. Decisions go in writing, and calls happen at times that suit you.
Who owns the code and data?
You do. Your data is always yours; the code is yours once the final invoice is paid.
Will our project use AI?
Only where it genuinely helps. If a simple rule does the job, we’d rather use that.
How do you handle confidential information and customer data?
Just ask, and we’ll sign an NDA first. We agree what data we see, and return or delete it when we’re done.
What happens after launch?
We fix bugs free for 30 days. After that, maintenance is your call, priced up front.
